I'm a guy; I usually get one once a year. In the spring, usually about two weeks before my first wedding of the season. I enjoy them. For me, anything more than that is excessive, but once a year, its good to get rid of the dead skin and other things. The est thing? The blackheads on my nose that are removed during the process. For some reason, my face pores always get clogged.
