i have a bunch of friends on my facebook that i just happen to work with... friends / co-workers = vastly different ppl for me. i can even be friendly with someone here but i still wouldn't have them on my facebook... i work in a young office with an inordinate amount of cool people... i'm just lucky to work in a fun office. i <3 some of my coworks and they <3 me

I resisted accepting but the constant nag 'when are you going to allow me to be your friend!!!' ok, that just got to be a little too much. No big deal though I just keep the photos tame.

facebook is horrible, I used it to try and search people in my area and it only let me put an age range of 8 years (or was it 7?) I wanted to find people who like to play Poker to see about getting games going IRL. What is the fucking deal with the age shit? I had to do 4 different searches to cover all age ranges, that's fucking retarded.

I ignore those requests from co-workers also. That's the last thing I need is to mix biz w/ pleasure.

I also ignore requests from those who found me from my hobby/forums online.

Real friends only, not acquaintances.
 
one of my buddies set up a fake facebook acct as a sort of experiment... he put that he attended Harvard but decided to get into pr0n because he had a huge dick... anyhoo he only friended the hottest chicks he could find, and he had like 60-70 chicks on there. he just told me this last night.. i thought it was pretty funny but it just goes to show you how much of a joke fb really is. i still enjoy using it though 😛

I added a few of my co-workers. But they are cool chicks around my age that I hang out with outside of work from time to time. Not like I have my boss on there. And I learned long ago not to put stupid ass pics of me drunk or high doing stupid shit online.

And, I don't post any drunk pictures of myself anyway, and my other friends don't either cause no one I hang with takes pictures at the bar. :evil: There's only one on there from like 2005, but it just looks like I'm sleeping happily on the floor.
 
I'm on the verge of making one because people at work have one and always tell me to make one...then I go home realize that I'm happily married with two kids and I really don't need anymore friends😀

I think the lack of friends is more the issue you'd have.


I have been going to a lot of parties lately due to FB. I don't have a problem with co-workers as friends if they are my friends...I don't get those that just invite anyone from their yearbook / company / school.

I don't take on jobs that can't handle my public personal life.
