I don't think you can use "pituitary" like that. I'm pretty sure its only definition deals with the pituitary gland.

I don't think you can use "pituitary" like that. I'm pretty sure its only definition deals with the pituitary gland.

The pituitary gland secretes hormones regulating a wide variety of bodily activities, including trophic hormones that stimulate other endocrine glands.

I'm using it as a bastardized substitute for "hormonally imbalanced." 😛
