Face Plates for cd/dvd rom drives

im not sure, maybe directron.com, it depends on your application, and color too. lian-li makes them to match their own cases, and i know alot of people, including myself, who just vinyl dye their parts. this works just as well. you can get vinyl dye at any auto zone.
 
i've seen lian-li and coolermaster ones. probably be a good idea to look at the layout of your cdrom fronting and compare though, iirc theyre supposed to literally be stuck straight ontop of the existing fronting.

soemthing else to consider maybe is spraypainting the original drive fronting.
