<< the thing about that is that they photographed the SAME spot on mars a few years l8r and the face was nowhere to be seen...so it was most just something that eroded away ( i learned that in my astronomy class last year!) >>
The last picture was taken about 20 years after the first. With the massive sandstorms on that planet it is no wonder that it eroded away. >>
Yeah ok, so either the marshans built that face like the day before we got the poicture of it. OR The face has been there for thousands or millions of years, but it decided not to erode away until the last 20 years.
