So you bitch all day about being a fatass and how you are ready to burn off the excess fat. However, you waddle your fatass to your car everyday to pick up lunch at one of the local fast food joints. Usually always McDonald's. When not McDonald's you hit up an all you can eat buffet. After 1 hour of stuffing yourself you drive back to work where you take the elevator to the second floor. Return to your desk and begin snacking until 5pm.

Face it: You will always be a disgusting fatass.

What, you mean doing the latest fad diet and not exercising won't improve my body image? Waaa. :(

Is this a Choose Your Own Adventure? Because if it is, I'm going to the all you can eat buffet. McDonald's is useless without the Super Size.

Hah. People change. I disagree.

I was a 205 lb, 6' guy who sat around, dropped classes at college (2) last semester, and played MMORPGs and other computer games.

That was 3 months ago. I'm now 184 lb, have more muscle - workout every other day if not more, quit MMORPGs and ALL games completely, and have a gf.

Where's my fvcking cookie.

We do have some lovely low carb Atkins friendly choco-vanilla-berry-coconut energy bars though ... :p

I'd say it qualifies... I consider myself a fatass at 6'2 220.

It depends on your build. If you replaced that fat with muscle you might even weigh more and be in great shape.

I guess it depends on your built/body fat percentage. I'm 6'2 215, but not a fatass.

Definitely depends on your body fat %. I was 5'11" 189 and I felt pudgy. Heck, I'm down to 169 and I STILL have a bit of a gut. Time to hit the gym, methinks.

You guys are right. I'm a bit skinny around the arms/neck etc, so when I was 205 lbs I was starting to form a nice double chin, and nice gut. Situps REALLY helped with the gut, and just weight loss in general make my face have a forming "chipped" chin look now. I like to think whey protein is the shlt, too.

I just started exercising 3 weeks ago and I have never felt better in my life. I'm 33yo, 5'9", about 210#. I haven't exercised in over 10 years and have pretty much eaten what I've wanted. Now, I'm up to 1.5 miles a day brisk walking on the treadmill (mornings), some abd crunches, eat egg whites, grilled chicken, salads, yogurts, and drink 10-12 cups of H2O per day. Three weeks ago, I was a dr. pepperaholic, drinking a 6pack/day. Since starting this 3 weeks ago, I've noticed a big difference in the appearance of my face, legs, and waist. I haven't weiged but I figure I've lost at least 10 lbs. The first 3-4 days I really had to push myself into doing this but now, when I get up in the morning, exercising and eating right is all I want to do. I can't really do any weight training yet because of a shoulder injury from last year. But, as it gets better, I'm going to try and add some in to the program. It does take time. I figure it took me 10 years to look like I do now. It won't get better overnight.
