probably just an obviously broken and messed up nose. I expected blood to be pouring out after that landing and that didn't seem to be happening. I'd say he got out kind of lucky if it only ended up being a broken nose, although the cheek bones may have suffered a nasty fate too. Video didn't really allude to a bunch of blood pouring out of the mouth, so he may have got lucky by not fucking up his jaw.
