Yeah hopefully Williams will... even for a year. :) I would be a bit nostalgic... but I do want to see him in a Ferrari... even for just one lap in Fiorano. :(

Yeah you cannot really juge his performance with BAR because half the time his engine dies and when he can actually complete the race he usualy has some other mechanical problem that slows him down. Hell even when the car works fine its still slow.

Everybody joking about the Hondas...

People seem to forget that it was Honda that helped get Senna all those championships. I believe they have the smarts to develop an engine on par with Ferrari and BMW, they just haven't got the will or money to do it right now for whatever reason.

And JV was never on the same level as Shumacher, Montoya or the upcoming Alonso. I believe he would be better in a faster, more reliable car, but not up to the level of those other two. He won his past championships in cars that were exceptional - his driving never was.

That, and his comments this season prove he's got a screw loose. He said "if I can't beat my teammate, I shouldn't be in F1". Well there you go.

BAR is better off - maybe now they can take JV's ridiculous salary and put it into the car.

Hopefully someone picks him up. Such great promise was obviously wasted at BAR. :|

If I recall it correctly, Honda won 9 F1 championships in the 80's......

He's a money grabbing a$$hat who's not actually that good.
He didn't do any better than his team mate (same car, thus equal footing).

JV is a good driver, atleast he used to be. He won the championship in the second season of any racing series he's been in. That sure says something about his talent.

But he's a jackass in terms of attitude and personal self. His manager is also a jackass and probably manipulated him.

If you think JV has a big mouth, you should hear the collective mouth of BAR.
