I was alone but I literally live 1-2 minutes away (depending on traffic) from one of the best heart hospitals in the area.

Congrats on surviving. I'm starting to believe that if you survive the first one, then suddenly your heart gets lots of attention - roto-rooters for your heart veins, etc., which helps prevent any further heart attacks.
