F-Sport wheels... yes or no?

2 of my wheels are bent and sitting in the rear and I'd prefer to stick with Toyota/Lexus wheels for hub bore size... would like to switch before I have to do a tire rotation.

Though the offset is a bit weak at +40mm.

All F-Sport equipment are on sale right now so I can get a set of 18x8 for around $1400 or $350 each.

Silver car pictured above as mine is silver as well. I don't know how grey wheels will look though.

Wheels look nice. What do you drive that you are willing to spend $2500 for wheels and tires?

HELL YES. SERIOUSLY. There's an IS250 here w/F-sport rims (black on black) that looks awesome. The best part is that almost no one can afford these rims so you rarely see them on any other car.

At that price, I'd jump on it.

I drive an award winning bread toaster on wheels.

Tires are paid for already, they cost me $700 only (235-45-18s Yoko Avid Envigors). $700 + $1400 = $2100 which is pretty much what I spent on OEM set of TRDs + Michelins.

That's 2 yeses, good to know. I haven't paid attention much to grey wheels on silver cars so I don't know if it's a good combination.

I am liking the Envigors... Too bad I bought them when they were 170 each...

Um, then you paid about the same as me?

The Envigors are quiet, that's for sure. I can't really compare handling too much as these have higher sidewall than my old 225s, but to be honest, so far it's a lot more squirrelly than the Michelins.

Now to see if they will last longer than the 35K miles my Michelins lasted.

The price has since dropped...At least up here in Canukistan. Down to 140 inc installation...I am on 245/40/18

LMAO ON A FUCKING CAMERY

Lowercase letters.

Yea I'd be laughing my ass at your avatar (which I assume is you in real life) but that would just be mean. :hmm: :awe:

Oh wait.. I can't believe you are laughing when you drive a Civic? You can't match a stock SE Camry's skidpads, handling, or acceleration... let alone mine lulz.

Please, anyone with a better car feel free to roll around though! 😉 Waiting for Exdeath and um who else has a nice car around here?

They look decent. I wouldn't say they're my favorite or something I don't like..
Can you find say a set of IS-F wheels or something? that would probably look pretty badass.

IS-F wheels cost $1800 per wheel from the dealer.

I don't know of anyone with an IS-F getting rid of theirs for cheap though.

The latest '11 ISF wheels are sick though, custom made by BBS I think:

Don't bother on a Camry, maybe on an IS250, yes on a IS350.

People on the street don't have enough attention span to look at the wheels of a Camry.

Save your money man.

If you buy those wheels, Get 2 different Key locks lol.

I know they dont keep it from getting stolen but they can prevent it and kill how fast someone can steal them.

I live in suburban town next to Boston proper where Inner City kids have to get up at like 5am to take a bus to attend our public High Schools...

But I generally don't park anywhere for long enough to worry about getting wheels stolen heh.

@$350 a wheel who makes these again?

they have to be LIGHTWEIGHT and/or FORGED for me to really look into them at that type of price.

the wheels look great in the 1st pictures since they are paired with a nice BBK, it might not have the exact same effect w/o the BBK. Like you said the offset is weak, resale on them if you ever wanted to sell wouldn't be limited VS running a set of used RAY's of some sort.

No -

stick to a nice set of stock steelies & hubcaps. Its a family grocery getter and I'm guessing yours is a 4cyl to boot so whats the point?

Actually, the F brakes are Stoptechs.

The wheels are Forged (obviously). Either Rays or BBS makes them.
