F**k you, Experian.

I will be damned if it's possible to get somebody from experian on the god-damned phone without first having purchased a report from these Satanists. I need their mailing address for the fraud alert department and I have a question I need answered, but their voice menu system is a bloody mess.

Rott in hell, Experian.

I had the same problem with this one thing I signed up for. I paid and I could barely get someone on the phone :x The wait was a good 10 minutes after fighting my way through their horrible menus 🙁

HAHA not with them! I've tried all of the options. I've tried calling about a minor child, tried ordering a report. To no avail can I get anybody on the phone.

Don't push anything, this usually results in them thinking you are either Hispanic or Deaf and gets you a rep on most systems.

Ugh, Equifax gets all my hate right now. No way to talk to anyone without going through 30 minutes of automated crap, then they tell you to call a different number. Then it all starts over. Finally gave up.

Funny, immediately after I posted this I got an email from Equifax about how I was a valued customer and they had all kinds of products that I could use. At the bottom was a comments e-mail address so I forwarded the spam to them with the following comments:

I purchased one of your 3 in 1 Credit reports two
months ago and received an incomplete report that was
no where near a true representation of my financial
accounts. When I called and e-mailed I was given the
runaround and never had any my questions answered to
satisfactory completion. After a month passed and
$39.99 down the drain I gave up. Please do not send
me any more emails about how I am a valued customer
when it was not demonstrated in any way.

Yeah.. try Equifax (I think they might be called Certegy now... maybe) or Trans Union. It's been my experience that those two are better than Experian.

cantyou also just call and not press anything? It simulates the old rotary phone and they have to answer to help you. Im pretty sure they are required by law to have this service available.
