so you got a free pair of shoes plus an extra 38 bucks in your bank account? Hmmmm.... Dunno... Taking advantage of a company like that just makes it bad for the rest of us. Since if you were honest about it maybe they would have a deal next time?

Dunno, if I would call it stealing... But it is dishonest esp if you keep the cash and the shoes. I guess you just have to decide for yourself since you will have to live with your actions. I believe in karma. What comes around goes around. So, if you scam you will be scamed later...

Do the right thing.

It wasnt a scam.I emailed them asking for a refund on the shipping because the shoes werent there yet.Later that day they showed up.The next day they refunded my money.That same day I emailed them and told them I had the shoes and needed to pay for them.Its been a week and no response from them.

 
This is no different than people who used staples after rebate pricematch policy and then called back a week later when Staples had a rebate on the same item to end up getting the item for free.....


When companies make mistakes like *not delivering your product for 16 days* then they should compensate you for more than shipping. What if you bought work boots from them and the work boots show up 1 week late... but you needed them when they were advertised to arrive???

Then you go to your local Walmart/Kmart/Target whatever else store in your area and buy a pair off the shelf

i guarantee if it happened to any of you guys you'd take the money and keep quiet about it (i'm sorry, this is america, and i've seen what this forum can do, its impossible to believe all you guys are 'ethical')

only difference is you guys would keep shut about it whereas this guy bragged..

 
Flaming on him because he got a good deal is stupid, but flaming on him if he suggested you do it would be right on.

Otherwise, geesh. 😉 I agree with wasssup. Plus, Corporate America steals from us everyday, why do you care?!
