if you use a program such as "kdfold" then i believe you can.
www.kdfold.com

you should just be able to point the program in the direction of the directory you have F@H in. setting each pc up as a different CPU in kd fold should allow you to monitor them all at the same time.

Share your Folding@Home directory (it only needs read permission) from each computer, and then enter them in KDFold as directed by the other poster. Please ask again if I haven't explained this well enough.
