We scored 54,326 on the 8th and 49,399 on the 9th. Our trend line is starting to decrease its grade with the low points. I assume that many new users aren't doing the big work units, so their additions are negligible. If you are new and don't know how to do the big work units, feel free to ask, or even search the forum. They increase your points per day a lot.

I fixed my main rig so it's folding like a beast again. Funny thing is, while I had it down all the time and constantly being worked on, I still managed to score enough points per day to make it to the top 20 for a short time. Unbelievable. And look, now it's back up fine and I fall off it again lol.

Thx for the stats malak! I know what you're talking about. My prediction curve alters from day to day on the overclocker stats from increasing to decreasing. It's really a strange thing with F@H and ppd and stats. :beer:

I've got mine set up for the large WU's, and what do I get a bunch of........small 63 pointers. I do have a large one that has been cranking away for the better part of a day now however.

I have been getting 600's then 300's then 600's..... maybe Standford has enough 600 point wu's finished and are making them less available so other wu's get done? I don't know I just fold here

To set it up for big WU do you just ceck the box that says something about allowing reception of WU bigger than 5mb?

I think I have a couple 600's due in around midnight tonight.

And yes, Big Al, to set up for big work units, all you need to do is say YES to large packets (>5MB). You need to remember also, that these commit about 105MB of RAM, so your system is going to need to have a lot to support them and windows (>512 is what I recommend.) I don't know if Stanford checks RAM size or not for issuance of big WUs.

I have noticed that when I don't get a big WU, the server was usually in the Yellow (heavily loaded) so there is some luck of the draw involved.

I like using the -forceasm flag and the -advmethods flags also. They let you do some of the newer units before they are "released in the wild", but after they have been Beta for a while. It also helps if your system crashes for some reason and there is an error, you won't get your optimized code execution turned off.

I am setup to get a lot of points tomorrow. It seemed my clients were timing it right so they dumped once a day, so I always got points, and then the other odd one would pop in from time to time. Full eclipse tomorrow, happens now and then. At least 2 clients will dump, with a good chance a 3rd will and possibility the 4th will. Should be a good day.

I should also be unloading quite a few points. Too bad I'm only keeping 15th place warmed up for Sparky to take it in a couple weeks. I just can't seem to crack the top 15 for any length of time...
