so now I got a WU and it simulates like 2 or 3 proteins at once called p1140_ribo_Fspeptide_gromacs and it has 250 frames, but it seems to fold reallly really slow, my previous 1000 frame WU was goin at much faster rate Anyone familiar with that? Or if I get this one done then I get more points than if I do an easier one, right?

The p1140 is a 600 point project and is quite a big job, it will take a few days to chew through it. These are some of the best ppd wu's you can get so don't be discuraged if it seems like it is folding too slowly

Yep you got the idea right

The more points a WU is worth, the longer it will take to finish. Except for the bonus WUs (p1140 is one) which get double points because they use more resources.
