so now I got a WU and it simulates like 2 or 3 proteins at once called p1140_ribo_Fspeptide_gromacs and it has 250 frames, but it seems to fold reallly really slow, my previous 1000 frame WU was goin at much faster rate 🙁 Anyone familiar with that? Or if I get this one done then I get more points than if I do an easier one, right?
 
The p1140 is a 600 point project and is quite a big job, it will take a few days to chew through it. These are some of the best ppd wu's you can get so don't be discuraged if it seems like it is folding too slowly 🙂
 
Yep you got the idea right 🙂

The more points a WU is worth, the longer it will take to finish. Except for the bonus WUs (p1140 is one) which get double points because they use more resources.
