Is there anyway to get the same protien and test it out on multiple computers? I just got my new P4 2.4C and it is currently running the 677 protien @ about 5min each for both pipes of the CPU. My 2.26 is running a 676 protein at about 4min.
 
Clean install, let it run just long enough to d/l the core and stuff, then copy the directory to your various machines ???

That should work. But what I think you need would be the queue.dat and then work/* directory. Make sure you keep the client.cfg file from your first run, to make sure you have the original configuration information.
 
definatly try what Insidious suggested, just take the pc's off the network so when they have finished the wu they dont send any results in.
i'm getting a 667 frame done in exactly 3mins (1.54 athlon-c) so 2:30per frame seems a little slow for a p4 2.4
