People saying it's the PSU are dead wrong, unless the PSU is bad.
The 375W power supply is a GOOD psu, and the 375w is rated at average output, not max. I have a 256MB 7800 GTX running in my 9100 with zero problems, and you can configure the XPS 400 (same as 9150 model) with a 256MB 7800 GTX.
Unless the X19000XT is just using an ungodly amount of power, his PSU is fine. I run fear at 16x12 very smoothly (no aa of course), but I have 2GB of ram.
OP, are you having this problem just with FEAR, or other games as well? Did the system come with the X300 Radeon, and did you use driver cleaner to get rid of all ATI drivers? I would do a reinstall of the OS, and make sure you install the video card drivers last, especially after the chipset drivers.
Edit: Well, I could be wrong, that X1900 XT is calling for 30A on 12V rail. Comapred to 22A on 12V rail for the 7800 GTX. Damn.
