Mine was £1500 and it gets taken from trail to trail in the Scoob. I'll never leave it for more than an hour locked up anywhere, especially not in a town.

I had a previous bike nicked from my shed in my back garden. The fvckers destroyed the door to get to it.

Ouch 🙁

So fvcking annoying when your bike is stolen.

My locks total ~ £100 and I regularly leave it at the station for 24hrs. Sometimes for 3-4 days when I stay around my friends place. 4 locks on my bike gives me some confidence when I leave it but it is ALWAYS good when I come back to see it there 😎

My bike is left locked to a bunch of metal stuff at the back of the garden.

Ideally I'd leave it in the house but no room unless I cleared a lot of this storage stuff away.

Not that beautiful either. Nothing special. I prefer swedish chicks anyway
It's not great secret that most of the women on that island are...well, homely!

Sucks about the bike.

Not just from this thread but I get the impression that non-homicidal crime is a major problem in the UK. I've lived in a city with tons of bikers in Canada and I assure you that bike theft was not a rampant problem compared to this. It's really no wonder the CCTV is so prevalent in London.

Yob culture and casual theft/vandalism are issues. It pisses me off no end...
