a message was posted here a few days ago where amazon.com was selling 256MB ECC PC133 memory for 9.99. well, i went ahead and ordered 4 sticks, knowing little that amazon would cancell my order after confirmation... are there any laws against that or are we pretty much screwed? I still have a copy of the confirmation e-mail.. *sigh*

would like some feedback! IT JUST SUCKS that they can just do that and there is no way I can call them and cuss em off on the phone!!

let's say we all owned a store....amazonia.com per say. and we have 25000 products. now in this .com world business is down, and no sign of coming up. we try to give good prices, but every now and then we screw one up. now we want to make people happy, but we don't want to lose
350000 dollars. do we...A. give them the product and then close our doors...or B. give them a nice gift certificate(that we don't in anyway have to do), and appologize for any inconvience.

needless to say you would not want to lose your way of life, so you would honor them with a gc.
