Has anyone had to deal with this before? If so are they pretty good about removing the violation? I have an EZ-Pass unit inside of my car, and I dont do anything like hold it up to the windshield, I actually have it mounted in my car. It has always worked for me except for this one time (apparently when I was heading back to VA after Thanksgiving). I can't imagine why it didn't work since I was driving the entire time around 35 miles per hour (damned traffic on route 95!) ... But perhaps the heavy rain on that day screwed up their system.
In any case, I'm just wondering if anyone else has ever had this problem, and if so, was EZ-Pass good about removing the violation quickly. The only problem I can forsee is that since I just moved to VA from NJ, my EZ-Pass is probably still registered under my old NJ license plates and not my VA ones. Well, thanks to anyone who can help
