If you have a monitor that has a displayport input, another monitor with an hdmi input, and another with dvi, can you run all 3 on a ati 5000 series card at the same time without any adapters? Or for that matter 2 dvi's and an hdmi or 2 dvi's and a displayport?
 
to run 3 you must make use of the display port

you can use either 2 dvi or 1 dvi and hdmi, but you can't run 2 dvi and 1 hdmi
 
Thanks. Great, then I can use the display port on my dell 2408wfp and get any 2 monitors with dvi for the other 2. Do people know what size 1600x1200 monitor would line up well with a dell 2408wfp?
