Eye-fi in direct mode won't work

I have my eye-fi set up to connect to my Galaxy S3 but nothing transfers when I take pictures.

Only when I plug the SD card into my laptop do the pictures get transferred to my phone, but not when it's in the camera. Any ideas?

The camera needs to be powered ON for the transfer to happen.

It is on. I've tried turning it off and then on and again with no luck either.

I put the eye-fi folder in a dropbox folder so they transfer to the PC to dropbox to the phone...

Did I mention I was a fan of Rube Goldberg?

I got it working now, initially I put the Eyefi card in the second slot which didn't work, but by making it the primary/only one it works.
