Eye-fi in direct mode won't work

I have my eye-fi set up to connect to my Galaxy S3 but nothing transfers when I take pictures.

Only when I plug the SD card into my laptop do the pictures get transferred to my phone, but not when it's in the camera. Any ideas?
 
I put the eye-fi folder in a dropbox folder so they transfer to the PC to dropbox to the phone...

Did I mention I was a fan of Rube Goldberg?
 
I got it working now, initially I put the Eyefi card in the second slot which didn't work, but by making it the primary/only one it works.
