This is like shaving only later in life for a lot of US males. I know a lot of guys think of themselves as all macho with having maximum hair showing. I have a friend that looks like a white gorilla if he takes his shirt off (now thinking of "40 Year Old Virgin"). I am thinking that my brows would be 2" out if never trimmed! I am not sure that I would *ever* consider a brow wax but actually starting to. Of course I am self employed & have to go in front of a lot of people that do not know me from time to time. If I was back on the farm in the middle of nowhere .... brows would be good, I think.

Every culture has their differences. Brow shaping is not effeminate. Especially in this case this is apart of that culture, apparently.
