Extremely weird iTunes problem

This has been going on for quite some time now.

Whenever I load songs from iTunes into my iPod, as soon as the songs complete transferring over, a Windows Explorer window will open with the P: drive open (this P: drive is the drive of the iPod). After a few seconds, the window will turn into Control Panel.

Has anyone ever seen or heard of this? I tried uninstalling iTunes, re-installing, upgrading to the newest version, nothing helps.

Any ideas?
