I wanted to get an extremely powerful fan/blower so I can put it in the front of the computer aimed at the main components( cpu, vidcard... etc..) and the rear fans would push the hot air out... Is there a fan out there that is extremely powerful??? Thanks in advance guys.

Alarmingly enough, Delta makes a quad-ball-bearing 120mm x ?80mm? fan with the flow-straightener fins and IIRC it is rated for 220cfm. :Q

Bigger picture: if you want to cool your CPU and video card, a 120mm Panaflo L1A on your side panel, positioned at the level of the AGP slot, will do a nice job of feeding a ~60cfm stream of room-temperature air to the CPU, the northbridge and the top several cards, and with a very pleasant noise level at that.

At home I just use a run-of-the-mill Antec 800-series case with 18dB NMB 80mm fans rated for 18cfm, using the stock fan positions, and the case is still staying very cool because the case breathes easily and doesn't need whopper fannage in the first place. :D

Hmmm... well not sure about the size of the fan... im trying to put a fan in the front of a koolance case... which has the same chassis as the antec and chieftec.... not sure how much space is inbetween the bottom of the case to the second removable 3.5 bay.

In practical terms, the answer would probably be that 120mm x 38mm Delta that AWhackWhiteBoy linked to, and Sidewinder Computers is a good outfit too. Be aware that it is going to be very loud. You might be able to hear your computer from outside your house. ;) Also (duh) you will need to measure whether it'll fit, and mod your case to install it.

Also, people generally don't get a lot of results with high-output intake fans, it's the exhaust fans that really do the majority of the work. If I wanted to boost the cooling capacity of my Antec, I would start by removing the grillework over the rear exhaust fans, and move up to some Enermax manually-adjustable 80mm fans for the rear positions, so I can dial up the noise/airflow ratio I want. Hope that helps some :)

I think Ill just do 3 delta fans... 2 in the back to exhaust.. and 1 in the front... man my comp is going to be the most loudest liquid cooled pc.. hahahahah..

Hehehe, I have 2 in the front, 2 Panaflos in the back... :D

Although I must disagree a little with your statement of exhaust over intake...from reading others' articles, and from my own testing, it's better to create a sort of pressurized system where you have more intake than exhaust...the main reason being this - it will keep much less dust from collecting inside your case and on your components than creating a system where you have a vacuum by using more exhaust...although having more exhaust WILL indeed keep it a little cooler, the tradeoff is not worth it, IMHO... ;)
