I used your calculator (been a fan since it was in beta stages) to determine the wattages for my upgraded system with room for some additional accessories (when I can get some money ). Helped alot :)

Cool, gonna use it now. Have a X1900XT on the way and I'm sure it's gonna suck up some juice.

At least 'extreme' has all three "e", I have seen products spelt with one e ('Xtrem').

The Extreme PSU calculator has been known for very unaccurate readings. I wouldn't trust anything it spits out.

true, like a year ago or so :) and if you do not know, calculator has maximum wattages per component group and uses many manufacturer stated wattages so in some cases you will end up with overhead. Way better then underestimate your PSU wattage and end up killing your rig.

I wished it had detailed amp ratings for each rail, like takaman's did.
Definitely will be available soon ;)

It says it recommends a 571W PSU if I set it to X1900XT and 1 PCIe x16 card - 420W if I have just X1900XT and no PCIe x16 cards which sounds more reasonable. Is the PCIe option only if you have a non-video card in a x16 slot like a physics card? Because 571W sounds awefully high, considering my system runs fine on my antec 550W (no comments on the PSU please....)

Wow, my CPU puts out 174W of power overclocked :Q No wonder why my heatsink has a hard time with it if I go much higher :p

I think a 140mm LED fan option needs to be there (I have one ;)) and a non-LED 250mm fan for those who don't have them. Just a suggestion :)

Hope to see the amps soon!
