Just overclock the E2180, it's easy.

The PSU will be fine. The CPU should be okay too, for some games it will be better to have it running at 2.4-2.8ghz though. Which is a really easy to achieve, even on the stock cooler.

Also, would the E2180 OC well with that cheap mobo?

I'd rather spring 30$ more for a p35 mobo, like a Gigabyte ds3l or Abit IP35-e, then an extra 2gb of ram, because even in Vista, I've never seen my ram usage go past 2gb during gaming. ^ Agreed. Get 2GB of RAM and a DS3L. Overclock to 2.8-3.0GHz and you've got a rockin machine.

If you can, add on a $15-20 cooler. Wost case its only as good as that tiny HSF intel gives you, best case it helps you OC .5-1.2Ghz more
