Extra RAM...

I have 2GB RAM and when gaming, I rarely use more than 1.3. (With Supreme Commander).
Can I keep my usually used apps like iTunes etc loaded to the RAM when I boot up so it opens immediately?
Or anything else I can do with that extra 700mb of RAM? (Other than give it to you)

WinXP/2K will automatically use your "free" RAM as file cache. So things like your game's map files will get loaded much quicker after you've been playing for a while. If you have tons of free RAM, you can also keep things like iTunes or a web browser open in the background so that the OS doesn't have to reload it from disk later.

Windows Vista's "Superfetch" feature does this. There's no real way to do that in WinXP, as any user method of trying to accomplish it would screw badly with the normal XP disk caching.

Can I force it to load the next level etc.?
Im sick of HL2's loading screen!
