Extra cooling needed if you don't overclock?

I plan to get a 266-A based motherboard and an 1800+ or 1900+ Athlon XP. These would be in an Antec 1040 case with stock fans. If I don't overclock, can I use the factory-supplied mobo and processor heatsinks/fans without replacing them with better cooling models? Thanks.

Yep they will work fine. Especially if you have the 4 fan slots on your case occupied with fans. Heck you don't even need all 4, two will suffice (one intake, one exhaust).

You'll be fine. Your case will come with the two fans installed in the rear, blowing out- leave them alone, antec did it that way for a reason....
