Extra 4 pin PSU plug?

My power supply comes with a square connector that seems to have 4 pins in it. I can find no place on the motherboard to plug it in? It's an ATX 2.0 Antec PSU unit.

Your 12v power cord provides extra power directly to the CPU.

If it fits in there, then it is the 12v plug.

Does it look like this?

Yeah I plugged in there. I hope I plugged anything in, afraid to burn the cpu by forgetting to plug in a fan or something or not working correctlt.

Just don't forget to change your PVC valve and filter.

What a PVC valve and what filter? Huh?

Just kidding with you (they are car items).

Just put everything together, take your time, and then recheck everything and make sure your fans are connected, heatsink is secure, and so on.

9 of 10 problems reported here is because someone forgot to connect something.
