Major scrapes and cuts in my life:

As a boy...did not watch step when going down steps and missed the last step. Thus, I fall and scrape up my knees. I think it happened twice....

Got sliced working one of those portable electric stove things. Lesson learned that you don't need razor sharp to get slice.

Chainsaw(little pole saw thank god) inflicted superficial damage to pinky skin in the center section of pinky.

can't mess up my fingers for playing piano
Some folks apply superglue to their fingertips for a protective layer. But you generally have to play fairly long for that to happen.

Yeah, that must be the stuff.

I just remembered having my grandma out that stuff on scrapes when I was a young kid. I hated the burn so much, whenever I was at her house and cut myself, I'd try and hide the cut just to avoid the "red dropper of death". :oops:

Merthiolate always burned much worse. Nothing like some good old mercury to get you healing, right?
