Using the same hard drive, I was wondering if there was any speed differences between the different usb enclosure hard drives?
 
I'm not sure what you mean, are you wondering about the speed comparison between different USB hard drives, or between different interfaces? What do you mean by "different usb enclosure hard drives?"
 
I think he means between the exclosures you can buy.

I don't think there's much of a difference, a USB2 enclosure is a USB2 enclosure... not much to it. Just make sure it has good ventilation.
