External Hard drive not working

I bought a external enclosure, Thermaltake Silver river 5.25", and installed one of my old hard drive, Western Digital WD600. It is a 60GB hard drive. When i plug it in the usb port it reads it fine. but i cant access it in My Computer. When i go to device manager it is listed under the internal hard drive. and when i go to properties it says that the device is working properly.

Start -> Control Panel -> Administrative Tools -> Computer Management -> Disk Management
