external hard drive enclosures for multiple hard drives?

i currently have a 250gb hd in an external enclsoure. i replaced a 160gb drive with a 500gb drive inside my PC last night.

the 160gb drive is still good, so i want to use it as maybe an external drive (i have 3 drives in my pc already and can't fit any more in).

The problem is that i don't have much room on my desk anymore and there isn't anywhere else to place it. I also don't want all the extra cables. is there some kind of enclosure that will hold multiple drives and let you use them as separate drives, and not as some sort of RAID setup?

Then build an internal array in your desktop. drive density!

get one of these things that convert optical drive slots to 3.5", and put your drives there - buy controller card if no more mobo ports left.
