Since the XG Station looked to have canned, are there any other companies offering external GPU technology on the market?

I'm really sad because there looks to be nothing of the sort.
 
Not long ago I read a newsarticle about external gpu's that come with a extra battery, lol 😛 Anyways, some googling should do the trick. If they are in fact already available for purchase is something I don't know.
