I have to get a External Enclosure for a backup that i have to do. I have a WD 160GB IDE hard drive to put in it. I don't really care if it is 5.25" or 3.5" but i would prefer 3.5." What would be a good case?

It has to have

USB & Firewire
PC + Mac
IDE

Why USB and Firewire? Both PCs and MAC have USB, both have Firewire.
If you skip the Firewire, consider a Vantec NexStar3. Looks badass, works great.

I find that on my servers USB2.0 is faster than Firewire actually... Windows 2003.. Maxtor cages, WD Cages, FD Cages. Adaptec Firewire cards.
