External DAC

This is for headphone listening, right? Also, I assume you are listening to CD quality music (i.e. The actual CD or Flac, WAV, etc...) or max bit-rate MP3's (320kbps bit rate)?

I don't have any personal experience with it however.

I will be listening to Flac, or 320kps mp3, I would like a dac that could be used with headphone as well as external amps.
