1. What YOUR PC will be used for: gaming and photoshop. Games like Crysis two and modern drivers. Photoshop for picture rendering.

2. What YOUR budget is. 600-750

3. What country YOU will be buying YOUR parts from. USA

4. IF YOU have a brand preference. That means, are you an Intel-Fanboy, AMD-Fanboy, ATI-Fanboy, nVidia-Fanboy, Seagate-Fanboy, WD-Fanboy, etc. Us3ed nothing but AMD on all rigs, Sapphire video cards, and 60 gig SDs

5. If YOU intend on using any of YOUR current parts, and if so, what those parts are. Case, 750 watt corsair PSU, DVD burners Sata from pioneer, Asus vw246h monitor

7. IF YOU plan on overclocking or run the system at default speeds. OC

8. What resolution will you be using? 1080p 1980x 1020

9. WHEN do you plan to build it?

I take it your case is ATX and your OS 64-bit?

Initially I'd recommend Intel. About $300 gets you an overclockable i5 CPU+mobo, and given the stuff you're reusing, $300-450 is enough for the rest. An OC'd i5 is much faster than anything AMD can offer except in heavily multithreaded tasks, and even then the i5 is preferable due to much lower power consumption.

In general, when you're ready to build, I'd take [thread=2192841]Mfenn's build[/thread], remove the case, PSU, and DVD drive, and swap in a 7850 or 7870 video card. The card should preferably have two fans; Sapphire is generally good these days.

That definitely works. Or stretch tothe 7950, and resell the games to get the price down almost to 7850 range.

As a heads-up, I think the games get delivered via Steam. I suppose you could theoretically make a Steam account with just those 3 games and sell that, but that seems a little iffy.
