Extending windows XP command line functionality..

I dual boot a Mandrake and Windows XP system, I use them on about a 50/50 ratio. My problem is there are many things about not having a decent command line (i.e. bash, tcsh) in windows. I have the Mingw and Cygwin libraries installed but I was wondering if anyone has tried to install a bash shell on their windows system yet, or if anyone knows some existing useful tools for DOS that are kind of cool.
