Extending activation period from 30 to 120 Days

So basically I need to run file slmgr with added -rearm to its name. Doing so 3 times will set the activation period to 120 days max(this is legal by the way!)
However,it says I do not have permissions. I am running this pc as the administrator.
Anyone know what's going on and how to get around it?
 
right click on the folder that file is in, go to properties, security tab, advanced, owner tab, edit, click on your user account and check the box that says "replace owner blah blah" and hit apply.
