Ext USB 2.0 Hardrive Problem under XP Pro.

It's an Acomdata 160g Ext USB 2.0. Everything works under XP, but I connect it to a Comp with XP Pro amd I can not access the files. When I hook it back to a Comp with XP everything works again.
 
Yes it's XP Home
It does show up in my Computer under XP Pro, but not accessable. I hook it back to a computer with XP Home and everything is back. Transfer of files works only in XP Home and not on XP Pro. I have sent an email to Acomdata requesting technical support, should get an answer in a couple of days.
 
No the Drive is not encripted, I have it tried on 2 different XP Home computer and it works and then tried on 2 Different XP Pro and it is in My Computer but files can not be accessed. I hooked it back on a XP Home computer and everything is OK again.
