Expressgroup Rebate Problems/Compusa

HI All

This is the first time Ive ever had a problem with a rebate. I purchased a Logitech mouse at Compusa. Its one of those deals where its free after the rebate. I checked the status online and according to their site the check was sent out on 7/29. Its been more than 2 weeks and havnt gotten it. I called today and they said if I dont receive it by October 1st to give them a call back. This seems very odd to me. Its to their advantage to forget about this rebate because no money was made. Have any of you guys had problems with Compusa/Expressgroup rebates?

Ive had more problems with rebates than i can count. Thats why i just cut my loses and shop at newegg and directron.

Just wait longer, you're definitely jumping the gun for a rebate. They got your documents, and you've been approved for the rebate so chill.
