Export mail from Thunderbird to Outlook?

I was trying to test my school mail acct. and I ended up dling it all via POP to my thunderbird setup. The only problem is, I want to be using Outlook, and I was only using thunderbird to see if it would work (the lack of foresight here is rather amusing, in a hah im stupid kind of way), because at the time my Outlook config was giving me problems. Now my Outlook setup is fixed but all my mail is in thunderbird. Is there a way to port my mail over to Outlook?
