Ok so I just got a hard drive RMA'ed by IBM. It's all hooked up and everything but there's one problem...the drive isn't showing up in windows explorer or my computer. WHen I go to device manager, or BIOS, the drive will be listed and everything. Is there anything I need to do to have the drive showing up? BTW, this is a 46.1 Gig desktar, using it for a secondary drive, my primary one is an 80 gig seagate. I had a 20 gig IBM as the secondary drive before and it worked fine. Any help will be appreciated. Thanks.

If you just got it back from RMA and installed it then I highly doubt that it's formatted. Most of the time on an RMA they just send a new drive out because it would cost them more to try and repair one.
Run FDISK, create and activate a partition, and format it.
If your not sure how to do this then PM me and I'll try and help you out.
