Explorer.exe using 40 MB +++

I checked for spyware, viruses, etc. I have themes enabled but I don't remember explorer.exe using this much memory before. The peak memory usage is 60 - 70 MB!!! I have nothing in the start up folder. Recently I installed some freeware software but I uninstalled those already. I can see explorer.exe using max 30 MB but not over 50 MB right!?
 
How many icons do you have in your system tray? Do you have any toolbars (websearch, google, msn, yahoo, etc)? Explorer is more than just your file browser. It's the entire desktop environment.
 
I have nothing in the system tray. No toolbars, search bars, etc. I am using the modified uxtheme.dll. Is there some kind of memory leak from that?
