explorer.exe problem?

Ask the top states, I can't right click, or explorer crashes. I also can't paste with the shortcut keys (ctrl v)

I can still however, right click in other programs such as ie, or the taskbar. But it crashes when I try to rigth click the desktop or in explorer windows.

I tried copying explorer.exe from another computer and I also did a windows repair from disk, still no luck. 🙁

Have you tried going to the Microsoft website and re-download and install the latest internet explorer?

if explorer crashes when its launched, thats a os problem, you can try a sfc /scannow command in a dos-command window, you'll need the original os cd, but in the long run, use another browser, ie: firefox or reload your os & do all critical windows updates.
