Explorer crashing when moving windows across screens

I can't figure out what is causing this:

I thought it was displayfusion, but uninstalling it didn't fix it. I have to do a windows repair/reinstall to fix it, and it goes away for awhile before coming back. I disabled my other screen-modifying programs like Spyder Color and Flux, but that didn't fix it either. I upgraded my video card driver but that wasn't it.

Anyone have an idea of why this is happening? Is it hardware?

Could be corrupted windows files. Run sfc.exe /SCANNOW
Could be bad RAM. Run memcheck86+ overnight and make sure there are 0 errors.
Could be something else like malware / virus.

Well, it was good while it lasted. Strange. Memtest seems ok. Maybe its just time to reinstall windows from scratch... again.
