Kinda OT, but I use 250' of Flexzilla 3/8 hose for window washing. The stuff has no memory and lays flat. Super easy to roll up with my hose reel.

Use the same thing for my 5/8" garden hoses now except only 100' of it 🙂
 
We just got a lot of work done. We now have a functional pressure valve and now we can go from 40 to 65 psi.
We usually keep it high because the showers are on the third floor.
